Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُه

May the peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be with you

To Apologize or not to?

In the Name of Allaah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

When a Muslim does something bad, the media presents it as though the entire Muslim world approves of it and this media trick and negative propaganda forces a lot of Muslims to appear and sound apologetic even when it's clear that the action has nothing to do with Islam.

Why must we always apologize for the actions of those negative elements hiding under the pretext of Islam to perpetrate the most heinous of sins?

Know that, the lifeline of falsehood is materialism. People are forced to alter  their view points because they feel that will endear them in the hearts of the men of this world or even accord them certain material privileges.

There's nothing in the teachings of Islam that will make a Muslim to feel ashamed of his religion but there's everything in the practice of the Muslims that will make them feel ashamed of their deeds.

No apology will ever be offered on behalf of Islam because up till now nobody that really understands Islam (be they Muslims or non-Muslims) has convinced us that Islam teaches Muslims to be unjust to others and to take laws into their hands.

Islam is the only legitimate identity we have, we won't allow identity crisis to make us abandon our Islamic culture.
